The Omaha Storm Chasers Official Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your gear; therefore, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items and custom-printed jerseys are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached and were purchased within the last 30 days.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.
Generate Shipping Label
Visit our online returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label or choose your preferred carrier to ship the package back to Werner Park.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
